I got to 40, and felt like I still had time. Then 3 years ago - everything changed. I felt the sudden weight of approaching 50. In the middle of a career and life change. This was it. There was no more time. I wasn’t prepared for this feeling of loss. 

Over the last few years, I’ve returned again and again to myself. Addressing beliefs, life choices, my view of what was possible. I reclaimed my dreams (even when they felt inaccessible) and began to live life unafraid. Well - not exactly - but the fear was no longer a block. I resourced myself enough to explore possibilities.

Because it’s never (ever) too late, In fact, the time of menopause is the perfect time to reclaim yourself, your dreams, your health, get really clear on who you are and what matters most.
