How Yoga Nidra Helped Me
I discovered Yoga Nidra at a time when I was struggling to feel at home in my own body and experiencing chronic health issues, which led to an abdominal hysterectomy at age 44.
Like many women, I felt the weight of expectations, hormonal shifts, and a sense of being pulled in every direction. Yoga Nidra gave me a space to simply be - a way to pause, breathe, and let my body and mind reset.
